Terms of service

Effective date: 6 November 2026 Version: 1

On this page

These terms are the agreement between you and Kyi Moe Min (“we”, “us”) for using the Coachcard app. By creating an account, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

What Coachcard is

Coachcard helps you plan a training split, log your workouts, and get suggestions for your next session. The suggestions follow fixed training rules applied to your own history. They’re a starting point you can accept, edit, or turn off for any exercise.

Your health comes first

Coachcard is a training tool. It is not medical advice and it doesn’t replace a doctor, physiotherapist, dietitian, or qualified coach.

  • Check with a doctor before starting a new training or nutrition plan, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, or are pregnant.
  • Calorie and protein targets are estimates based on general formulas. They aren’t tailored medical or nutritional advice. You can change them.
  • Weight suggestions don’t know how you feel on the day. Use good form, warm up, and stop if something hurts. Only lift what you can control safely.

You train at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for injury or harm that comes from exercise or diet choices you make while using Coachcard.

Your account

  • You sign in with Apple or Google, and you need to be at least 18 years old.
  • An account is for one person. Keep your Apple or Google account secure, because anyone with access to it can reach your Coachcard data.
  • You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account.

Subscription and free trial

  • Coachcard is a paid subscription. New subscribers get a 1-month free trial.
  • The trial, purchase, and billing are handled by the App Store or Google Play, and their terms apply to the payment. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. If you don’t cancel before your free trial ends, you’ll be charged for the first period.
  • Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your Coachcard account does not cancel it.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.
  • If we change the price, the store will tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Without a subscription

If you never subscribed, or your trial or subscription has ended, Coachcard becomes read-only. It never locks you out of your own data. You can still:

  • view your history, personal records, charts, and plan
  • export your data
  • change settings, sign out, restore a purchase, and delete your account

Logging workouts, bodyweight, or intake and editing your plan need an active subscription.

Your data is yours

You own the workouts, measurements, notes, and custom exercises you add. You give us permission to store, process, and display them only so that we can run Coachcard for you, as described in the privacy policy. That permission ends when you delete your account, except for copies in backups until they expire.

Using Coachcard fairly

Please don’t:

  • try to access other people’s accounts or data
  • reverse engineer, copy, or resell the app or its exercise library
  • disrupt the service, or use automated tools to overload it
  • use Coachcard for anything unlawful

What’s ours

The Coachcard app, its name and logo, its design, its exercise library and form cues, and its coaching rules belong to us or our licensors. These terms don’t give you any rights to them beyond using the app.

Coachcard can open other services, such as a YouTube search for an exercise’s form videos. We don’t control those services or their content, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Changes and availability

We keep improving Coachcard, so features may change. We aim to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Workouts you log are saved on your phone first, so you can keep training offline.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app before the change takes effect. If you keep using Coachcard after that, you accept the new terms. If you don’t agree, you can stop using it and delete your account.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Coachcard and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we’ll tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Limits on our responsibility

Coachcard is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that suggestions will suit you. Our total liability to you for any claim about Coachcard is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.

Apple App Store

If you got Coachcard from the App Store:

  • These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
  • If the app doesn’t meet an applicable warranty, you can tell Apple and it will refund the purchase price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
  • Apple isn’t responsible for handling claims about the app, including product liability claims, claims that it doesn’t meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection claims.
  • If someone claims the app infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are responsible for dealing with that claim.
  • You confirm you aren’t located in a country subject to a US government embargo and aren’t on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes go to the courts of Thailand, unless the consumer laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim where you live.
